Fishing at Canyon Lake! Mommy and Sissy date and Mike's Snow Campout

Okay get ready for LOTS of pictures..sorry...actually why am I apologizing, it's my blog, lol.

Mommy and Sissy Date:
On Friday I suprised Emmalee by taking her to go see Enchanted. If you have not seen it you HAVE it. It is such a cute movie and will entertain Mama and daughter. Afterwards I took ehr and bought her a little necklace at the store right by the dollar theater at SS mall (haha not really $1 anymore). Then she had to play by the fountain. Luckily she didn't fall in, lol. She fell in last summer, lol. Then we went and got ice cream. It was very fun.

I feel like I am so busy lately that Emmalee and I don't get the quality time we need. Peyton has either been sick and teething or I was sick for 3 weeks too, plus carpools, t-ball, errands, activity days and all I do for Mike's scout activities (a wife really should be set apart for that calling too) and household stuff overwhelm my life at the moment. I love that little girl so much and feel very blessed to have her. I am trying to make a goal of having a bit of quality time everyday, even if it is just reading a couple of books. So I was so excited for that day and it was great!






Fishing at Canyon Lake:

Saturday the whoel family took off to canyon lake for some fishing. We didn't catch much, Mike and Emmalee both caugh scrawny blue gills that we released back to the lake. Still we had so much fun! It was a nice relaxing day where I didn't have to worry about the chores, etc. We left at sundown and went to a new restaraunt by our house called Chilernos...really yum, though the kids menu was pricey. Now the kids want to go fishing all the time. We plan on going again next month and hopefully we will be grilling fish fr dinner instead of eating out!

Mike took his Deacon Scout troop up by the dump in strawberry for a snow campout. It ended up being a not so good time, due to one of the scout's bad attitudes, but I had to show the fort they made!













Here is Peyton in his playpen. I got him out a lot but he seemed pretty content in his playpen.

Emmalee's fish: she was so proud! Also a bit evil she kept going up to it saying sweetly "Hello fish how are you?/ We are gonna eat you!"



























Here are a few of Peyton too. Sorry about the nudity but this was too cute. He crawled away while I was grabbing a diaper and played with the vacuum. It wasn't so cute when he peed on the floor, lol.

Oh and I started weight watcher's meetings again almost 2 weeks ago and I have lost 6lbs so far! I chose to get 12 weeks prepaid fr my anniversary present. I know I can do it with the meetings since I lost so much before. I also started walking again. I had a month long hiatas while I was sick and Peyton was sick. He had an ear infection and terrible teething..6 teeth at once..Yikes! So needless ot say it was like having a newborn..only worse. My babies only wake up at 2 am and 6 am from birth so 3-6 times a night sucked. He is feeling better now thank goodness.
